a handful of times now, if i return items to my inventory and then reload the page (e.g. getting all my crops and then planting new seeds, or picking up pet drops before feeding a pet), then the items i just picked up will show up in the room again.

it's not frequent, and i can't think of anything specific that might be triggering it. i also haven't been paying attention to what happens in my inventory when items need to be picked up twice — sorry if this is very vague 😅
