Does Cleansing Shampoo only work if a pet has affinity to all 12 elements? (Otherwise the lowest element would have 0 affinity, and it wouldn't do anything?)

Cleansing Shampoo is supposed to remove the lowest aspect that is present, although now that I'm looking at the code, if a pet previously had an aspect that was reduced to 0, that removed aspect will show up as the "lowest". I'll see if I can fix that for the next update.
