Snickerdoodle Recipe:

Cookie Dough

* 1/2 Cup of Butter, softened
* 1/2 Cup of White Sugar
* 1/3 Cup of Brown Sugar
* 1 Egg
* 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
* 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
* 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
* 1/4 Teaspoon of Cream of Tartar (Optional, adds a nice zing)
* 1 and 1/2 Cups of Flour

Coating

1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons of White Sugar

Roll tablespoons of dough into your Coating before cooking at 325F for 14 to 16 Minutes, depending on your oven
