The Other Hall of War and Friction was originally the training grounds for a war that happened years ago. After years of non-use, Brespawn was given ownership of this place. She wasn't sure of what to do with it until her brain came up with the idea of renovating it into a garden. Under normal circumstances this would've been too physically taxing and demoralizing for her to do by herself, but thankfully she still has access to some dream magic to have it all be planted and maintained via daydreaming (and this is the case for all the gardens she owns.)
