Unlike the others, this garden is built in layers on top of an ancient tower. A deep, mysterious hum echoes through the walls, making the air itself seem to vibrate with magic. You assume this unnerving effect must be a result of the Apparatus; though nobody quite knows what exactly the Apparatus is, the plants growing in these gardens seem to enjoy it.
