[As you open the door to the strange room and step inside, you feel a bit lighter.. if that's even the right way to describe it. Despite that, the room appears normal enough.]

[Taking a better look at your surroundings, you notice the room has a cozy, yet whimsical feel to it.]

[It's spacious, with books, toys and trinkets lining the shelves, glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling and a soft plush rug on the floor, it almost reminds you of a childhood bedroom. A shelter, a home base of sorts. A place to return to after long, fulfilling days of adventure..]

[This creature seems well taken care of. It must be dearly beloved to whoever takes care of it.]

[Suddenly you see why, as you spot the creature playfully gliding through the room, as if swimming, almost. Just without the water. You can't quite tell if it's more cat, dog, fish, or something else..]

[The creature bounds over and curiously glances at you, you hear a slight jingle as it tilts its head.]

[Despite not knowing who you are, it seems happy to see you. It perks up and wags its tail after confirming your existence. It seems friendly, you figure it must like the company.]

[It gives you a headbutt as greeting and goes right back to spinning and tumbling around the room, happier if that's even possible.]

[It darts away before you can read the name on the collar, but a note you eventually find on the wall reads: "This is Aru!! Thank you so much for visiting him! There's tea and snacks, he'll show you where! he's a polite boy. thanks again :) PS: DONT JUMP YOU'LL HIT THE CEILING!"]

[You're glad you didn't risk it before reading that.]

[Sure enough, after patiently waiting to make sure you've seen everything, the creature leaps up from it's spot and excitedly circles you, leading you somewhere.]

[You almost trip over it in its excited hospitality.]

[It seems to have already accepted you as a new friend. It'd be happy to welcome you whenever you drop by.]
