Banana Bread Recipe:

* 2 Large Bananas or 3 Small Bananas, Mashed
* 1/3rd Cup of Butter, Melted
* 3/4s OR 1 Cup of Sugar (Depends on how sweet you want your bread)
* 1 Large Egg
* 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
* 1 Teaspoon of Salt
* 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
* 1 and 1/2 Cups of Flour

Cook in a Bread Loaf pan at 350F for 50 Minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the bread clean.

I like making two versions of this. One has an added 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips. The other adds 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon and a dash of Ground Cloves.
