this garden seems to have taken over what may have once been a library. ruined shelves in varying states of disrepair sit crumbling between plots of soil, and in the center of the room, if you brush away the dirt, you can identify the degraded remains of an incredibly intricate runic sigil etched into the stone floor.

directly above the sigil, a hole in the roof opens up to the sky, timbers and tiling blasted upwards and outwards by what must have been an immense force.
