Account Creation and Usage

In accordance with US, EU, and other laws, users of Dopcom Creechers must be at least 13 years of age. Additionally, users may not have more than one account on the site. If multiple people share an account, then none of those people may have other accounts that are not shared, unless they no longer use the shared account. Users are responsible for the security of their own account, including but not limited to choosing a strong password and not sharing it with any unauthorized individuals. Accounts may not be bought, sold, or transfered to other users.

Use of Virtual Items

Users of the website accumulate various virtual items on their account. These items may not be traded for any real-world currency or items under any circumstances. Additionally, if one account is found to be excessively giving virtual items to another account in a one-sided manner, this may result in both accounts being locked.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, text, and other available assets of the website are released under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial ShareAlike 4.0 license (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

Exploits

Users of the website may not send excessive web traffic to the site such as a denial of service attack. Users may also not intentionally exploit bugs or unintended behavior for any benefit. If you find any unintended exploit or bug, please reach out via email to notify us of the problem.

Privacy Policy

Dopcom Creechers collects as little data as possible. Our server logs the IP addresses that access pages on the site, and these logs are stored for two weeks. Additionally, we log what in-game actions are taken by user accounts. This data is used to improve gameplay and for moderation purposes, and is under no circumstances made available to anyone outside of the Dopcom development team. We use necessary cookies to keep user accounts logged in, and no other cookies.

Updates

Dopcom Creechers is a new and evolving website, and many more features are planned, including features that will necessitate updates to these policies. Any changes to these policies will be announced through the news section on the Dopcom Creechers homepage.
