Suggestion: a way to recycle eggs. I just came back and remembered I messed around too much before I quit. All these eggs are stressing me out ... maybe it could be some kind of shelter/sanctuary feature where you can get a small amount of essence back (or even just pawn them off for free)?

I would like a feature where when the Room events says:
"Your pet found x while socializing with your friend Blank",
the name would be a link to their profile (so it's easier to find and socialize back)

@you Currently, if you have too many unused eggs in your inventory, the best way to get rid of them would be to put them in a shop for free (and/or make a thread in the trades forum asking people to take them). I've made changes to the drop rates since the early days of the site so that accumulating too many eggs shouldn't be as much of a problem as it once was, but in the future I might consider something you can do with eggs that you don't have enough rooms to incubate.

suggestion: introduce a background toggle in settings or something, so that the funky colors can be switched back to normal if they're too eye-strain-inducing?

And a suggestion of my own would be some sort of art-share forum. I would LOVE to share art of my favorite creecher. Or mazbe draw some other peoples pets for free. It would also be cool to just share regular art

@Leek.dot I was actually planning to add creativity forums; the only reason I didn't is because of the difficulty of sharing art when there's no way of displaying images in the forums. Externally-hosted images have moderation concerns, and uploading images would have a lot of other problems, so art sharing would have to be done with links, which is a little less convenient but not the worst. But I'm also thinking about separately making a fanart gallery, so your art of your favorite creecher could go there as well.

No idea if this has been suggested but I was thinking that maybe there should be a little symbol next to pets that need to be groomed, like the hungry symbol for pets that haven't been fed yet? Maybe a hairbrush or some little soap bubbles, something like that

Suggestion: being able to move pet rooms. Currently, they are in order of creation, but I would like to have the rooms that have creechers I don't wish to release at the top, while the ones I plan on releasing at the bottom (while others might want to have the opposite, or even an alphabetical order, or in order of least to most letters in the name, etc.). Alternatively (or even in addition), the ability to move pets from one room into another. I feel like the first might be easier to implement? I don't know if the pets themselves are tied to the rooms they are hatched in.

Will the site have forum signatures of some kind?

@Foxfire Probably at some point! It's not a high priority in the development plan currently, but it also would be very easy to add.

(And, in regards to the grooming icon that was mentioned earlier—that was actually supposed to be part of the grooming update initially, I just forgot to draw it. It'll be in the next update, whenever that is.)

Suggestion: another food that makes pets hungrier other than Unfood,, since it gives a lot of affinity to Void


I've been trying to get more Frost on this green dinosaur and I have to fight against the Void which I can't remove like I can remove Heart

@Foxfire The amount of void affinity that unfood gives is so low that it shouldn't be noticeable at all unless you're feeding your pet multiple unfoods every single day.

That said, I do plan to add ways of removing other aspects in the future; I will take into consideration that people might want to remove Void (and also Fire, since Fire is the only aspect that can't be removed using chili.)

In the meantime, have you tried grooming your pet with Cleansing Shampoo? It removes some of the lowest aspect that is present on the pet.
