i've seen many recipes for high quality foods for heart, water, etc, but i haven't seen any for metal and stone. are they known to exist? i have a mixed nuts and stalactato to test combinations with if not

There currently aren't any cookable foods for Metal, Stone, Air, or Lightning. These are planned to be added in the future though!

(Mixed nuts and stalactatoes can't actually be used as ingredients. This might change, but it's more likely that I would add new ingredients that would be used for the other aspects.)
