Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe:

* 3/4 Cup of Butter, softened
* 3/4 Cup of White Sugar
* 3/4 Cup of Light Brown Sugar
* 2 Eggs
* 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
* 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
* 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
* 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
* 1 and 1/4 Cup of Flour
* 1 Cup of Raisins
* 2 and 3/4 Cup of Rolled Oats

Drop teaspoon-sized cookie dough portions onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes, depending on your oven. Let them cool on the pan before moving elsewhere, or they will fall apart into a mess that is VERY hard to clean.
