Ginger Molasses Cookie Recipe:

* 1/4 Cup of Molasses
* 1 Extra Large Egg
* 1 Cup of Dark Brown Sugar
* 3/4 Cup of Butter, Softened
* 1/2 Teaspoon of Cloves
* 1/2 Teaspoon of Allspice
* 1 Heaping Teaspoon of Ground Ginger
* 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
* 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
* 2 Teaspoons of Baking Soda
* 2 and 1/4 Cups of Flour
* Sugar For Rolling (Amount Not Written In My Book! I'm guessing around 1/2 Cup here. You may need more)

Spoon 1-Inch Balls of Dough into Rolling Sugar before pressing them slightly onto your baking sheet. These will spread out as they cook.

Bake at 375F for 8 to 12 Minutes, depending on your oven. If your oven heats up from the side instead of from below or above, you may wish to rotate the cookie sheet halfway through.
