Egg-Free Scone Recipe:

* 1 Cup of Flour
* 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
* 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
* A pinch of Salt
* A 1/3rd cup of Milk, add slightly more if dough is too solid

Pan fry these on medium heat until golden brown on all sides. You may want to flip these frequently to make sure they don't burn. Think of them like thick pancakes. Works nicely with a cinnamon sugar coating, but feel free to coat these in whatever you want!

I fry these in about a teaspoon of oil, but you may want to use more. I don't know what your setup is like.
