April Fool's runs from april 1st through april 14th every year. During this time, random events are more common (including exclusive seasonal events), the Mysterious Capsule Machine appears in the Town Square, and Arcade Tokens can be found from socialization. An unusual kind of egg known as a "Normal Egg" can be found occasionally from these random events. The site's color palette also changes to a bright green, pink, and tan.
Mysterious Capsule Machine
When socializing with a pet during April Fool's, the guest and the owner each have a chance to receive an Arcade Token, in addition to any other items received from the socialization. These tokens can be used at the Mysterious Capsule Machine in the Town Square in exchange for a variety of prizes. Possible prizes include a wide variety of candies, charms, and exclusive rare items. There is also a chance that socialization will give the guest (although not the owner) a Special Arcade Token, which will guarantee a rare item from the Capsule Machine.
